Here’s to (re)newed beginnings and…

…nonlinear paths.

Hi there! I’m Rochelle, owner of CRFTD (if you’d like to learn a little more about me, click here). After a bit of time away from this this pet project, I’m back and more ready than ever to dive in. I recently had an exciting opportunity to pursue a new career and travel down a different path. Long story short, that opportunity didn’t work out. And I was a bit devastated by that. I was envisioning myself in this position and those images in my head made me very happy, so when I didn’t get the job I had to sit in those feelings for a bit. So I sat, I processed, and now I’m ready to stand back up and get to work.

Going into pursuing the job opportunity, I knew I would need a backup plan, just in case. No matter what, I would still have the job I currently have (and love) but I knew I would need a creative outlet as well. Enter CRFTD. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, service, and business that my brain craves.

I love photography…the pictures, emotions, albums, memories, journaling, videos, beauty…all of it. I want this business to bring all those things and more to my clients. I have big, big plans for CRFTD, so many ideas and projects are swirling about in my mind. But, for now, I want to keep it a little smaller. I believe with my heart this is going to be fun and fulfilling journey, for myself and my clients. So I hope you’ll stick around and travel this nonlinear path with me. My very nonlinear path has taken so many turns but it keeps bringing me back to photography in some way, shape, or form and I’m so excited about this latest incarnation. I can’t wait to get back to creating beautiful keepsakes for my clients and I hope one of those clients will be you.
